/LD Kit [wip] #8

Decided to add more functionality while also fixing some remaining issues with rotation of base etc.

- added functionality to have additional floors

- added ability to have different windows for upper floors

- added per floor floors and ceilings

- added support for window sills etc. (also alternates for upper floors)

- added simple roof (only for rectangular buildings so far)

- a number of fixes for local/world translations and rotations
